One of the Capital Group partners, Vladislav Doronin, finally sold his house in Barvikha

The house, designed by Zaha Hadid, was on open sale for a long time, but there were no interested parties.

After Doronin publicly condemned the actions of the Russian government and disowned any business ties with Russia, the mansion was taken off the market. However, unlike such entrepreneurs as Tinkov, Volozh and Petrov, Doronin inexplicably did not suffer, completely retaining all his assets in Russia.

The mansion in Barvikha was re-registered to Doronin’s 88-year-old mother, along with Doronin’s share in Capital Group Development LLC, and then safely sold. The deal was personally organized by Pavel Tyo, who is Doronin’s partner in Capital Group.
